How does shipping work?

This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, Pakistan, etc. Since we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item can take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please don't panic if it doesn't show up immediately, it's on its way.

What if I need to return something?

No worries! Contact us right away we'll help guide you through the process-we'll send you a prepaid mailer to send the item back. We stand by our products that's why we offer returns for 30 days after you receive your purchase.
